WHAT TYPE OF INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna, PHCS, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Beech Street. If your insurance provider is not listed, please give us a call as our accepted providers often change.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A TYPICAL CHECKUP?

For an annual physical, we will go through your health history and check your vitals. We usually draw blood work, may perform an EKG and Chest XR and identify any immunizations you may need.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ARRIVE BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

If it’s your first appointment, please arrive 20 minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork and verify your insurance.

CAN I CALL MY DOCTOR WITH A QUICK QUESTION?

Absolutely! We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. If you have access to the online web portal, you can send your doctor or their medical assistant a question directly and should expect a response by the next business day.
