DR. ROBERT MEGNA, DO, MS, FAARFM, ABOIM, AOBFP, ABIHM, ABAARM
Dr. Megna is the owner and director of Cardiovascular Health Solutions, a program specializing in cardiovascular and diabetes risk reduction and treatment, and Ferris Family Medicine, a family practice clinic.
He is one of the few physicians who holds certifications by both the American Board of Clinical Lipidology (Diplomate, American Board of Clinical Lipidology) and American Society of Hypertension (ASH Specialist in Clinical Hypertension). Dr. Megna has a Fellowship and Masters Degree in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine and an Advanced Fellowship in Anti-aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine. He is Board Certified in Integrative Medicine, Family Medicine, Integrative Holistic Medicine, and Anti-Aging/Regenerative Medicine.
Dr. Megna has been in private practice for thirty years. His focus on preventative health and wellness, utilizing an integrative approach with lifestyle modification, nutriceutical, and pharmaceutical care is what sets him apart. He has extensive experience in the use of advanced cardiovascular and metabolic diagnostic and laboratory testing in his clinical practice. Dr. Megna is a popular and prolific national speaker on advanced lipid and cardio metabolic biomarkers. His unique experience is based on his vast knowledge of advanced testing and its clinical application within the practice of medicine. Dr. Megna is married to his wife, Bridget, and together they have two sons, Seth and John.

DR. DAVEY MELISSA PERRIN, MD
Dr. Perrin has worked for FFM over the past three decades in a number of different roles. She began as a medical assistant while attending her undergraduate classes. In 2005, she graduated medical school from the Medical University of the Americas in St. Kitts/Nevis and then returned to work for FFM in 2009. She focuses primarily on preventative health through educating her patients on diet and exercise. Dr. Perrin is also trained in acupuncture and has integrated its benefits into her practice.
Dr. Perrin believes if patients are empowered to take charge of and care for their own health, certain diseases can be prevented. She is proud to be making a difference for the people and community she grew up with, and loves working in a welcoming environment that feels like family.
Dr. Perrin lives in Forney, Texas, with her husband and has six grown children and 13 grandchildren.

DR. JOHN ARKUSINSKI, DO
Dr. John grew up in the rural town of Gentry, Arkansas, where he would regularly help his mom clean the local doctor’s office. He attended college at Southwestern Adventist University and then received a degree in physical therapy from Loma Linda University. He practiced physical therapy for 9 years before attending the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. John is passionate about being involved from beginning to end while caring for his patients. He loves serving a rural community with excellent medical care similar to his hometown. He focuses on a full range of family medicine that includes rapid opiate detox or maintenance with Buprenorphine/Naloxone, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and DOT physicals.
More than anything else, Dr. John hopes his patients are able to regain their health and call him a good friend. Dr. John lives with his wife, Frances, in Ennis, TX. Together they have three wonderful children, Rose, Abel and Sophie, who are all currently attending college. Dr. John has worked with FFM since 2015.

CAROLYN MILLIGAN, RNC, MSN, FNP, WHC
Carolyn Milligan wanted to be a nurse since she was in grade school. She graduated from nursing school at Texas Women’s University in 1980 and then from the University of Texas Health Science Center of Dallas in 1995 as a nurse practitioner. In 1999, she completed her Masters in Nursing and received her certification in Family Practice.
Carolyn has worked for FFM since 2001. She loves the ability to care for families over the course of many years and FFM’s focus on health promotion and disease prevention. Carolyn has worked at the new, Cardiovascular Health Solutions side of the clinic since it opened in the fall of 2015, and she is passionate about empowering patients to reach their health goals.
Carolyn hopes to become a Certified Diabetic Nurse Educator within the coming year.
